would people have voted differently if Lair or myself had said it?

i think 90% of these votes are a: taking the micky b: bored voting or c: dislike regarding xest.

and at what stage would admin take it serious. Me i'm a pretty laid back person, can give as good as i get, plus wouldnt get offended by such remarks, but generally keep them to FH. On the other hand some ppl have and do get offended by this, plus some ppl have been "testing" the line (myself included i suppose)............

we take everything anyone says seriously.
As it is Xest has done nothing to warrent having his moderator status being taken off him barring ruffling a few feathers like he has been doing since he first hit the logon button.
I know peeps have it in for him so any type of poll would be biased due to the reasons stated above.
However

Since Lair has posted the Code of Conduct on the forum - should anyone or a mod not abide by this conduct then from the date it was posted - they will be held accountable.

Obviously since this wont entail Xest being hung drawn and quartered at this juncture as although it mentions the 'die irl' situation the Code wasnt in effect at that point and like stupeh said in the thread previously - tis hard to punish people properly when there are no rules stating what people can and cannot do.

However should he or I or anyone else on the forum break the CoC from the date lair posted then they will get the punishment stated.

I don't really think anyone can take this thread seriously, wrongful quoting of the offence, and a somewhat bothced poll. Always fun to see some flaming though i suppose.
