Try this for a start. Although most of the quests got german names and mostly no description what to do:

alzamiwhatsit has them but its down at them moment.

but they are explained well in journal mostly.

miniquests are great, go to zone and do bunch, then come back 3 levels later and do more

Anyway i've spent the evening questing on my eld and omg the xp was almost always ubah, started questing at 9pm and finished around 3. I was at 3.7 tnl at the start and at the end i completed with full xp (with one quest giving me 125 billion xp for killing a grey con mob to a 50) and a few quests left over to do, i must say that although there is alot to be said about instance xp and how nice it is, but tbh if you are xp and having a hard grind to 50 then please, don't be stupid, do the quests, they aren't hard and they are quite quick with UBAH xp for much less time than it takes to do a high level instance - a short period of time so DO THEM!!

Decided to explore the various areas on my Vamp yesterday for a couple of hours... managed to do about 5 or 6 quests between Underground Forest and Abandoned Mines, the XP for the lower level quests was about 70 million and also the rewards were not too bad either... all in all good fun and a nice way to get to know the vaious new areas :)
