OMG- Banned from FH

What amuses me most, is that FH has a CoC.

I agree - I mean a place that is known for having no rules suddely has them??? Where did FH find its conscience all of a sudden?

Since christmas when camlann got forum spammed to hell and Ame aka amedor and his co-buddies wanted to gain the tag of 'scrounging bastard' and they were all at. There were some particulary funny posts with die-irl on em and FOAD (namely from yepy whose own ban was extremely funny and sarcastic) but i think the mods had just about had enough of the deliberate brazen spam. Yes alot of them got banned over christmas because of this but there was a general sense of discontent because the camlann forum didn't have an 'off-topic' discussion forum, if there is anything really that can be classed as off topic on a camlann forum indeed hehe.

Why anybody would actually want to take part in those forums is beyond me. I just thought its an unfortunate side effect of playing too much daoc that makes you post there

well apart from the sad individuals it is worth reading on how others in the other relams on your server see things. Here we have a much more civilised discussion etc.

There it is a bit silly from time to time and it gets sooooo repetitive and boring with the same old whines. However now and again it is nice to read how they feel when RvR is conducted in different ways. I got a lot out of just reading how some of them like 8v's8 RvR and hate 'adds' and others like the zerg but most of all they just want a location where there is loads of action. We don't discuss these things here much because we are more into our own thing etc.

So actually it is a good forum and it serves its function. Still not a patch on this one though.

Daoc is old , so therefore the forums are resulting in the majority of threads being useless/non informative

I also got banned again this week for saying the following:

'Thanks for the sarcasm.

When you open your christmas present this year, and find 50 tonnes of explosives. You'll know who sent them . And no it wasn't Santa.'

A friend put that on a new thread and is seeing if he gets banned for saying it to. Atm he hasn't
