/ignore cross server

Had the problem when trying to ignore someone from excal that it didnt work.
Spoke to rightnow and got the following response, dont know if it works yet, but if it does then great.
(will use Person for the example as the players name)

To ignore a player from a different server you need to type the entire server name - in ths case Person-Excalibur - and not just the -e or -p suffix. Note that the command is case sensitive so youshoudl use a capital for the player name and the server name.
