I dunno what you think but that 'hacker' seems to be a bit of a numptey to me. I mean look at the message. ;)

Out of interest, this kinda of activity break any law? - above and beyond being a general nuiscance. I mean you're basically obtaining a password for a computer game via deception, is that illegal? Is the dodgy attachment breaking any law? Who is the injured party if it does, you or GOA?

To be fair that's how GOA usually type so it's hard to tell the difference between some authentic GOA message and that based purely on bad English :p

I'd imagine so, the attachment is esssentially a trojan, maliciously spreading viruses and trojans is certainly punishable :) Ownership of online items is a hot topic in the legal world of over countries but it's yet to become an issue here.

In the UK the Computer Misuse Act (1990) would cover this. With the recent change it covers it even more.
