Be wary of this quote from the Camelot Europe upfate posted:

Once you have sent your report you should wait for the customer support department to reply to you, please do not create multiple reports or keep updating your original report unless you have been asked for additional information. All reports will be dealt with in strict order and by updating your query unecessarily, you will simply move your request to the bottom of the list.

So try not to update your Rightnow call once you've submitted it unless you really have to.

Guys keep posting on what number they are working on. Me BF has number 271 and I got 501. No restoration so far.

Got items back at like 16cet today, rightnowed on monday around 13cet.

Got compensated 15p for 4(four

) MP reinforced armor pieces, gonna be tad tight getting em sc-ed, alchemied and crafted for that, but should make it by abusing some friends accounts.

60 makes on boots so far, time to find my lucky socks or summit

The email you get from GOA has at the end of the subject line [Incident:Date-number]
e.g. [Incident:050905-000999]
