Hi all. If I understand correctly, I could now renew my old DAoC prydwen account (left before clustering of any kind) and play alongside everyone else on Ywain for 30 days free of charge. Is that right?

If so, I have two questions:

1) How many people went to US servers and still play on Ywain?

2) How many people didn't go US but are planning to reactivate on Ywain for the 30 day trial?

With the state of the MMO market, I am seriously considering this option.

Old prydwen chars are now up for a 30 day free trial on the new mythic servers

Go here ( https://eu-accounts.eamythic.com/ ) and login with your old GOA account details, here you can update your email address to something more current, check your account details etc

Then, take a copy of your DAoC folder and extract the content of this zip into it : http://darkageofcamelot.com/internation ... tch-eu.zip

this will overwrite the old client with a new new EU-Mythic one

It's pretty quiet on there atm, only 61 ppl on in hib and no free transfer to ywaine yet as far as i could tell. I think it's in the pipeline though

A lot of NFD are still about.

All characters are still on prydwen though, or are they allowing copies to Ywain already?

Not yet - but its a chance to get your characters updated with a low population

Some of the Sylvan Blades will be back too, we will see you in game then!

Might come back and try it out, just quit wow after way too many years and some nice social daoc could be fun to try out. Gonna see if I can get some old HDS, Celestius members to join me aswell.

Hey Cryn nice to hear from you again. I been playing US since 2005 when they launched classic. Just fired up the old Euro toons this week - will surely migrate at least one account over.

At the mo all Euro servers are as was. They want to get them to same patch level as US but had a problem (check Camelot Herald for info). When they are sorted they will likely allow transfers to Ywain. I'm hoping they will allow some way of getting all toons on one account as I already have 2 US ones. Dont mind 3 accounts but more than that is just greedy (oh and expensive lol)

I am already in, Earthy and Acain will be also, Elrod for sure and maybe Jal and Niko!!!

Awesome - you playing your Euro toons then moving over, or have you got Ywain alts?
