613 and still waiting. I only lost items from one char, that I only wanted to use to farm more aurulite. Sad thing is I don't have any leather replacement, besides some blue con stuff.. and I don't think I can farm with that. My bainshee will just have to suffer a bit longer before I can farm aurulite for her to get better armour :(

Jeez guys read up. The number is Incident: 050905-000538 for me. 050905 is the date and 000538 is the number. Every case gets an incident number from the auto reply.

Requiel said they restored 'hundreds' of characters stuff on monday alone, so it seems pretty wierd that no.438 hasn't been done by wednesday evening, unless they have some peculiar new definition of 'hundreds', or aren't restoring in numerical order.

I have 050905-000720 & it (obviously) hasn't been done yet either :(

I'm starting to pull my hopes back to the bare minimum of hoping I at least get done by the weekend.

I also hope they don't just replace my uber RoG sleeves with some totally worthless coupon.

Considering it was their F-up & not ours they should at least make sure that none of their customers ends up worse off than before IMHO.

Imagine if you took your car to the garage for a service & after a couple of days they rang you up & said "It's not in any way our fault but your cars been stripped down to the framework whilst it was on our 100% secure premises. We can replace the turbo & the stereo & the walnut trimmings as long as you know all the serial numbers off by heart & still have all the cash slips from where you bought them but your custom wheels, paintwork, skirts & all the tuning stuff are irreplaceably lost. To make up for it we'll give you a free lotto ticket for the local salvation army bingo night."

050905 000261 and I am still waiting.

So if "hundreds" were done on Monday either the process has suddenly got very slow or the order in which this is being done has been fubah'd.

Oh and btw you get cash and rog vouchers if u lost rog not just the vouchers (I made that mistake but Requiel cleared that one up).

Edit - I guess hundreds of characters could be less RN reports as many peeps may well have reported losses on more than one toon on a single report.
