I did not see where it said it would be back early last night.

As far as I saw GOA gave no timing details at all, one of the GM's said he "hoped" it would be back today but could not see how it would be back before midnight (last night).

I guess until they know the problem it's kind of hard to think about timescales

He meant that the last word from GoA was last night. Not that it would be up last night

the post on FH siad that IF prydwen was fixed, it wouldn;t be till after midnight, so i guess thats where that comes from.

I'm sure they'll find the problem & fix it given time.
The question then will probably be wether or not they need to do a rollback & how far back.

Roleback is pretty much garanteed, think about it how much work will GoA save by roleback rather than trying give back any items lost or levs lost in this accident...

Far easier say sorry but we rolledback and servers up, than invest time restoring all stuff people lost.......

be interesting to see though if they role back enough days that my alb toon vanishes but my hib toons reapear.

I can tell ya the cause btw, Was a cuppa spilt over the server for pryd while the techie was reading his pr0n mag.

sorry to burst your bubble Bops... but they DO know the cause and they are working on the solution...
