Does hib/pryd need more players?

Kinda bored at my current server and considering my options where to go. So I wounder how life is on prydween and Hib atm. Is there anything else but gank groups? Is there anything to fight in the frontiers? Does hib need more players? Any speciall class that you are overall low on?

Hope that at least someone will take a min to answer some of them.

If clustering isn't used on EU then it needs about 1500 more players

Irony is, going into NF the moral in hib was very low and many peeps thought hib would go down the pan as a realm. Instead hib is dominant, and prolly has more random and GGs out than both other realms.

As always tho', shortage of bards/druids/wardens...but you need an RvR active guild or you could find yourself camping ligen lfg anyhow.

Agree with Mael on the need for naturalists - we always seem short of those. It can be a tough class to play but also a fun one.

Agree also that RvR is pretty active and we have been doing well probably through good leadership, determination and a willingness to work together (mostly).

An active RvR guild helps for sure but if you are prepared to get out into the frontiers with less than a fg and perhaps not with one of these magical balanced groups I hear so much about, I do not find you need to hang around in DL. I am sure there are times you will do, but if a bg is up then I would join it and run with what I have. You can always add peeps afterwards and by joining the bg there is less need to be full and balanced (even if it is not ideal).

If you want to roam then clearly you need the right people and right classes.

if taking any of those I would go with Druid/Warden just because I don´t want to be leading groups everywhere.

Luckily some like this though and if your good as a bard you will get really appriciated and get groups really easy, still just aint my playstyle, Don´t think druid or warden is for me either, but from these choices I would go with Druid/warden..

My Main is a Hero, and I like to play him, even though most think they aint all to good anylonger, but still playable in the right group =D

Second choice would be an Eld, got so much nice for PvP this class, is really fun to play.

For any of the choices you will really need a good guild, or some friends starting at same time =D but that really goes for everything in Daoc atm I think.

The pryd rvr status atm can vary alot, some nights there is decent action other nights it rather daft, there are some grps running and some fg vs fg action occur but not too much, rvr is too dependant on a realm owning a keep in another frontier. To be honest I dont think hib/pryd need more players, we have a very big active rvr population and actually I think we have passed mids now in active numbers online ( a /who yesterday on both mid and hib showed more hibs on ) so more enemies would be fun to fight.

Anyways if you chose to settle down here this whole hib/pryd atmosphere and community is great, also lot of helpful and nice people around.

The rvr part goes well aye, but the ML raid one is worse..even if we've been lucky the last raids to get ppl we have had some trouble with getting people to raids. So more people are welcome (but I have to admit the last 2-3 weeks the turn up have been excellent for raids..I only wish we could do ml9/ml10 asap so I can continue doing mls with other chars)
