Also, If your account is closed in waiting, Ive gotten an email saying they tried to fix it, but couldnt enter because it was closed. THey fixed me within half a day after I rightnowed it was open!

they tryed to fix mine when my acc was closed and i got the same email, so i renewed my acc and its been 4weeks and still no restoration.......
