I have had to do it, for the good of the guild, I had to do it, it is the only way...

I contacted RN and asked them to ensure the safety and sanity of the game in general by banning any toons with the name Luz in them.

Response was as follows:-

[We have for some time been trying to delete Luz's accounts. The first time we did it the result was a major server collapse where his madness spread to other innocent characters leaving them with corrupt items. Our only choice was to delete many items and thus creating the restoration process of which you are well aware. Our second attempt caused a massive series of lag spikes and ld's which we were fortunately able to blame on a friendly french telecoms provider. Finally we tried again yesterday but now our office is filled with smiling gnomes all blowing soap bubbles from clay pipes. One even stole our supply of bourbon biscuits which we normally dunk in our afternoon tea.

Frankly we are at a loss of what to do next. Luz is completely mad and we can do nothing about it. We leave you all to your doom.]

So there it is... we are doomed, it is the end of the world as we know it.
