Problem..

Hello all,

Seems someone has got into my yahoo account and cannot get it back at all, which then i got a problem as my daoc information/confirmation of payment etc is sent to this account also, was wondering if there was anyway to change it on the daoc site without having to log into my yahoo email to accept the email changes?

It is possible, what you need to do is open up a RightNow request stating that which you have done above. You will probably be asked to provide details like the CD-keys that the account is registered with as well as the last method of payment you used.

I had a similar issue last year and that is how my e-mail address was changed without having anything sent to the old address.

simply pm a GM ingame, and they will tell you what to do

What VidX said. Usually they ask for billing address, cd keys and payment used like visa etc.
