Town/Bridge/Keep Lag

Whenever i enter any of these areas i get lag, in RvR and in PvE anyone know why this is? i have 1.5gig RAM and radeon 9000 series vid card and im pretty sure all drivers are up to date

ive got the same, especially around oriens bridge facing towards keep. Just Alb zerg i guess.
