Well, kinda a pointless thread for the majority of the Pryd.net regulars here but there are some new faces in the guild that not everyone knows.

So, I'll start it off!

Well, most people from DAoC probably know me. My main on Prydwen was (still is!) Usp. I've got over 8 years of 'current generation' MMO experience and the majority of it is at an endgame raid leader or guild leader/officer level.

I took over joint leadership of Hibernian Dragon Slayers on Prydwen when Locomo left and actively ran endgame raids from the week Darkness Falls was put in the game. After DAoC I moved on to WoW where I fell into a class officer and raid leader rank over the course my time in the game. Due to a change in work hours I found it difficult to carry on with WoW so I started playing EVE Online again. However, since I now spend 10+ hours a day, 6 days a week in work I hardly get online there now (work Firewall has EVE blocked but not AoC!?!).

Anyway, that's about it for me, I could probably go on for a few MB but... lol

For the new people, a short introduction about myself...

Been playing a bard in DAoC from release, most people here will probably remember me from that time. Been guild master of Soul Pact for about two years after being officer before that. At the time was mod on Prydwen.net aswell together with Lairriod.

After finishing my studies and finding a job I got convicted to playing just evenings and weekends... So that's when you'll see me around most likely.

After I left DAoC, been trying multiple mmorpgs, but ended up playing WoW mainly. Played a Priest in an endgame raiding guild (Sigil) on Magtheridon there, but got bored with the repetitive gameplay and quit short after the release of the first expansion. Kinda had a break from mmorpgs afterwards till AoC.

Not sure if anyone cares about me - but old daoc/prydwen player who was to buy LoTR online but ended up with this game instead. Currently playing Anthirs (ranger) and enjoy it alot. Most old DAoC players have proberbly experienced my spamming at some time in their life

I guess i am totally unknown in this guild, so I'll give a you a short introduction about me, if one actually cares ;o

My name is Andre, I am 19 years old and from Germany, living in a small village some 30km south of Mainz. The last 5 years i spent more or less with DAoC, 3 years on Camlann, being a member of Adrenaline and Nexus. The other years i spent on Avalon and Stonehenge (Wolfsbash, Viena etc.) and finally on Instant 50, where i meet John and the Dgaf-Guys, so thats why I am actually here.

I just finished my school and until my studies in Stuttgart in Octobre start, I am working as a master baker (haha, actually it is just a temporary employment, apprentice mode!) and newspaper deliverer ;D My studies will be a mixture of business administration and management consultancy (Bachelor of Arts) and it gets "sponsored" by IBM, my future employer (after my studies is over in 2011. damn, that's gonna be a long long way). So theres plenty of time left for AoC at the moment, and right now it is still fun, hopefully also when i hitted level 80 ;o

There is actually nothing interesting right now, my days just look the same: work, sports, aoc ;o It is a shame that my girlfriend is gone for a year to America to work as an AuPair, can't handle that much freetime tbh

Only played daoc before AoC, but had played it not long after release. Formed my own guild when i hit lvl 40 called Inquisition of Raal - kept that going for about 2 years before merging it with Na Fianna Dragun - Good old days! Main character was the BM Caylan.

Now playing Asunawa as my main character in Age of Conan

Hey everyone!

Another old daoc player here, most of you know me I think but anyway here is a few things about me.

Henrik, Male, 25 year old from Sweden. Living in Malmö atm while I'm studying at Lund University for a Master in Informatics and Systemdesign.

My mmo career started in daoc with a Hero called Aranor which I played upto ToA then switch to my Bard Anael. Was a gm of Filius Claritatis and later joined HDS which I spent most my daoc days in, eventually also as an officer. After Daoc and I've been playing wow mainly and raiding quite alot in TBC. guild fell apart acouple of weeks ago and when I saw that quite a few of people I know was trying out AoC I decided to give it a try.

Atm I'm playing a Guardian and tanking is something I kinda know. Lvl 31 today and rising. See ya ingame.

...I just er.. don't play the game I really need to get a new PC built in time for Warhammer at least if not to give AoC a try!

Abusing admin powers there Xest . I am a guild member, so although I am also using admin powers to post, I am at least in theory entitled to.
