Tech issues

Hey good ppl,

my girlfriends son bought the game yesterday and went to the website and got registered. Then he got the email and got authed and entered his key and it said authed as well.

Then he wanted to play, but the damn thing keeps saying authenthication failed, any ideas???

I have write support, but no answer from them yet.

Might be that there's some delay between registration and the system being aware that you are registered.

I thought so as well, but still this morning he couldnt get into the game, and still no word from support.

Anybody got a phone number for them in Ireland so I can call them and shout at them? :o

Try again .. Pls check every number and letters spec. B and 8 and S and 5 they look very simlare ... I did that 2 times

Luin the key was accepted :)

The problem is when he tries to log into the game.

OK problem solved, he just got an email saying the key (even tho correct entered) wasnt accepted, so we tried again and it worked :D
