Lets just pretend Sega never made a 3D sonic game on any platform ever and leave it at that shall we :p ? The sonic series purely consists of Sonic 1 to 3 and is only made up of 2D games. Maybe just maybe we can let Sonic Rush on the DS into the club but anything else we'll just pretend never existed.

Or get a 360 and play Sonic
