I've reset AT several times on both servers and in various realms recently. Every time a broken encounter is reported we check it and, if it is broken, we reset it. I suspect that someone has found a way to break it as it's a fairly simple encounter and has never been particularly unreliable before....

Surely whatever attribute records whether a guild has used up its guild emblem respec is stored in a database value somewhere? Where else could it be stored? I can't imagine the core game code would keep a record of every guild ever formed and whether they've used their emblem respec or not. So sin...

The last few patches have all radically changed the way that the main character and guild databases work. DR will add more new things to track as well. There isn't an ETA that I know of for a working XML, when there is it'll be in the news.
