Tonight it isn't OpenTransit, it appears to be a failure in our platform. We have techs looking into it as I speak however I have no details beyond this so I can't say how long it will take to fix. It may be sorted in the next few minutes or it may require new parts to be couriered in the morning.

It was nothing to do with the robe from the Champion level quests, it was only happening at that point because it was the first time they'd unequipped the ML10 chest piece and thereby caused the cloak to depop. Just for reference, it's been fixed as of this afternoon. You can still delete the quest and do it again but you won't get the high reward for each boss more than once.

This has been fixed now. Some maintenance on the billing system had an unforeseen side effect which has been corrected.
