Ah the flash bulb red eye of dQQm. FFS, how much does it take to realise that red eye = Flash bulb head on aimed at eye + camera with poorly considered shot. the new staff has experience as a player/customer moreso than any former GM so can at least empathise... and the old staff have or will soon have transferred to WAR which to me is a reason for not playing WAR on euro servers if ever I have seen one.

in addition though... there should be more consistency as there is only one GM now for the english servers so effectively think of it as being a policy change... there may be some conflicts against past decisions (which in my opinion is a good thing) but moving forward it should see some level of co...

was speaking to the current GM the other day on MSN and he highlighted some of the issues that he has taken on since he started a couple of months back. As I know the guy quite well I can tell you he has the pulse of the community and is doing what he can to represent the wants and needs of the comm...
