Since we had some problems with a former raid leader that wouldn't lotto ring of calm (it's 97 quality), I was wondering if you were thinking of doing the same cheesy thing? Even with the 97 qual, it's a very sought after item that should be lottoed.

No, that's reavers, and they can't dual weild and they also can't be HO. Crush mercs get 5 or 6 sec stun in their followup to taunt style in crush line though. Who needs shield then. Well, any crush spec alb class gets that style of course, not just mercs, but it was a merc you met obviously.

High damage cap is not the same as high damage. It just means that you have the potential to do more damage. It's not like you hit cap damage very often in rvr anyway.
